Our first visit to the Almond Tree was our last night in Cayman and we quickly found that this casually elegant restaurant was the perfect end to our trip. Since 1973 this restaurant has pecialized in local cuisine served in a true island atmosphere. The expansive restaurant has numerous decks both upstairs and out over the ironshore beach. We selected a table upstairs with a great view of the water and the city’s lights. Other tables are on small decks out on the Ironshore seaside; one large table is in a gazebo perched over the water.
